1. Respect for people

Threats, harassment, stalking, targeted humiliation and incitement to violence or hatred based on protected characteristics are prohibited. Respect refusal of contact and blocks. Discovering a Drop, reacting or knowing a location does not authorise following, filming, repeatedly contacting or meeting someone.

2. Prohibited content and activities

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors, pornography, sexual nudity, non-consensual intimate content and sexual extortion are prohibited. Gratuitous graphic violence, encouraging self-harm, dangerous challenges, criminal activities and offers of illegal goods or services are also prohibited. Child safety rules apply even in an 18+ community.

Do not post other people’s documents, contact details, private addresses or locations without an appropriate basis and permission. Deceptive impersonation, fraudulent offers, spam, abusive automation, reaction manipulation, false evidence and location fraud are prohibited. Do not post external links where the format prohibits them or evade filters. Respect copyright, image, voice and trademark rights.

3. How to report

Use Report on the content, account or conversation where available, or email alvescommerce@gmail.com with the subject “LUNYRAQ — Report”. Provide the exact identifier or link, what happened and why you consider the content illegal or against the rules. Include a reply contact and state that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You do not need to start a conversation with the reported person.

For suspected child sexual abuse, identify the content and concern without downloading, copying or forwarding the material. We do not require identification where the law exempts it; missing contact details may prevent an individual reply. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This email is not an emergency line and is not guaranteed to be monitored continuously.

4. Review and measures

We prioritise urgent risks and substantiated reports. We may request clarification, temporarily limit visibility or access, remove content, warn users or suspend accounts. Severity, repetition, context and risk are considered. Automated tools assist detection but do not replace appeal review. Where possible and legally permitted, we notify the reporter of receipt and outcome and the affected person of restriction reasons, including automation’s role and appeal options.

5. Free appeals

If you dispute a decision about your content or account, or the response to your report, email “LUNYRAQ — Appeal” to alvescommerce@gmail.com. Include the decision, date, identifier and reasons. You can appeal for at least six months after notification. A person reviews the appeal; it is not decided solely by a classifier. If an error is found, we correct the measure and notify the outcome. You do not need to pay or hire a lawyer for this request.

Do not use reports or appeals to harass or intimidate. Manifestly abusive requests may be handled proportionately without removing the right to make substantiated reports. You retain the right to approach authorities, courts and applicable statutory out-of-court mechanisms.
