Terms for businesses, events, campaigns and offers

Additional rules for representing a business and posting commercial content.

1. Representation and free phase 2. Verification and limits 3. Transparent offers 4. Events and organiser responsibilities 5. LUNYRAQ’s role and personal data 6. Removal, restrictions and appeals

1. Representation and free phase

These terms supplement the Terms of use. Representatives must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business. Names, categories, contact details, locations and documents must be accurate and current. The test includes no LUNYRAQ charges for plans, campaigns or highlights; posting does not authorise future billing.

2. Verification and limits

A simple business Drop can be posted for an active business and venue near the registered location, subject to app checks. The configured free allowance is 1 Drop a day without verification and 2 after verification. Deleting a post does not restore used daily allowance. Verification may require additional information or be refused or revoked for inaccuracy or abuse; it is not quality certification, a business licence or a safety guarantee.

Events, missions and campaigns require a verified business and active location, plus feature-specific conditions. A technical option is not necessarily available in the test. Paid highlights are not sold at this stage. Limit changes will be communicated in the app; they provide no entitlement to a fixed position or guaranteed reach.

3. Transparent offers

Clearly identify the responsible business and the commercial nature of the post. Describe the offer, venue, dates, hours, availability, age restrictions, participation conditions and any charges made by the organiser outside LUNYRAQ. Do not use false prices, discounts, scarcity or testimonials. A “free” offer must not hide a mandatory purchase.

4. Events and organiser responsibilities

Organisers must have legally required licences, permissions, insurance and safety arrangements; manage capacity, accessibility and entry rules; and update cancellations or significant changes. Do not offer dangerous missions, trespass, illegal consumption or discriminatory conduct. Contests or prizes require clear rules and compliance with applicable law, without illegal gambling or misleading promises.

5. LUNYRAQ’s role and personal data

At this stage, LUNYRAQ supports posting and discovery: it does not process payments, issue tickets or confirm bookings. A map point or in-app participation is not a booking. The business is responsible for its offer and external transaction without excluding the platform’s own duties. Visits, sales and returns are not guaranteed.

Do not collect contacts in bulk or use participant data for marketing without your own lawful basis. If you collect data as an organiser, explain your identity, purposes, rights and retention. Do not publish participant lists or evidence exposing others. Only use images, trademarks and content you have rights to use.

6. Removal, restrictions and appeals

Business content is subject to the same moderation and child safety rules. We may proportionately request corrections, withdraw an offer or restrict an account for violations. Free reporting and appeals follow the Community rules. If paid services are introduced, separate terms will explain contracting, duration, cancellation and applicable rights before purchase.
