LUNYRAQ
1. An 18+ community
LUNYRAQ is exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. This version offers no child accounts, family mode or adult-child matching. Declared age at registration is an initial check, not universal documentary verification. False dates used to bypass the limit are prohibited.
2. Prohibition of abuse and exploitation
We prohibit all child sexual abuse and exploitation: child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualisation, requests for intimate images, sexual extortion, trafficking or facilitation of exploitation. This covers text, images, audio, video, links, profiles and conversations, including synthetic or manipulated material depicting child abuse or sexualisation. The community being 18+ does not reduce this prohibition.
3. Reporting safely
Use in-app reporting or alvescommerce@gmail.com with “LUNYRAQ — Child safety”. Identify the content or account and describe your concern. Do not download, screenshot, attach or forward abuse material. For immediate risk, contact local authorities or emergency services without waiting for LUNYRAQ.
4. Response and escalation
We prioritise these reports, restrict or remove relevant content and accounts where justified, and preserve only necessary information under restricted, lawful handling. Confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the competent regional authority or reporting body required by applicable law. We do not promise perfect automated detection or continuous monitoring.
5. Underage accounts and designated contact
If an account appears to belong to a minor, we may restrict it while checking and arrange appropriate deletion. Parents or guardians may report an account and ask about deletion; we verify their standing and identity proportionately without asking for passwords or documents in public posts.
